"VIP Collision Center exceeded my expectations in all regards! I needed about $6,000 worth of repairs done to my Scion xA, and I was very pleased with the turn-around time. Through every step of the process, Laya, at the front desk, kept me informed with frequent updates. She worked as my advocate with my insurance company, and was even able to get them to cover all new parts, when the insurance company was pushing for refurbished ones."
" When I came to pick up my car, it looked wonderful!! The detail crew had worked extra hard to wax my entire vehicle because of a conversational comment I had made regarding my frustration with the quality of the car's original paint job. VIP Collision really takes pride in their work, and it shows! The new paint matched the old perfectly, and the repairs looked great."

" I own a 2002 Infiniti QX4 and had a molding fall off from the front passenger door. The admin people and technicians were fantastic to communicate and work with. They provided alertnative, pros and cons to all the options. A pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this company to ALL that need your vehicle back into shape. "I just now opened my mail and found a thank you note from Laya, the gal who works at the front desk there. What??? She is thanking me? I should be sending her a thank you and maybe a gift card or a tip or flowers or something, because she saved me about 300 dollars not to mention days without my car. Without me even asking, she took the time to call local wrecking yards to find matching parts for my beat-up Honda Civic (which is no longer beat-up, thanks to VIP)."
"She could have easily sold me the more expensive after-market parts and I would've never known. Laya laid out all of my options and all of the prices and then got the parts in (from a wrecking yard) the same exact day. I've been told this is a tough task with Honda Civics...so hats off to Laya for finding parts so quickly."

I thought I'd have to rent a car or hitch a ride while my car was being fixed...but no, not at VIP. They are lightning fast and I think Laya at the front desk is the reason for that. "I've been going to VIP Collision for the last several years. I refer to myself as their #1 best customer. I've never been disappointed in either the repair or their super friendly service. As well as the help they offer with my deductible. They even gave me a loaner car once for FREE!! They are outstanding. I don't even mind that I have to drive out of my way to use them."

VIP has provided great quality and great customer service every time we needed their service. Very pleasant and courteous. They did a outstanding job on my husbands and my vehicle. Since then I have been reffering my friends and family.

I took my Mazda 3 in for body repair. Ogi gave me the lowest estimate I had seen, by far, and the finished work was beautiful. My expectations were exceeded, and I would recomend their service to anyone. Other shops quoted me eight business days, my car was back in four days!
Pros: Excellent work, Least expensive quote around, fast turnaround !
